Reverend Dr. Antoinette Alvarado
Antoinette G. Alvarado, D.Min., is the Co-Pastor of Total Grace Christian Center established by her husband and Senior Pastor, Bishop Johnathan E. Alvarado. She has served her local church in various leadership capacities including Worship Leader, Elder of Worship & Arts Ministries, Pastoral Care Ministries, Christian Formation & Discipleship and Women’s Ministries. Dr. Toni provides leadership and oversight to the Grace Institute of Ministry and Leadership and assist Bishop Alvarado in the development and training of pastors, elders, deacons and ministers of Total Grace Christian Center. She is also the progenitor of the All Things In Common Initiative, an outreach ministry of Total Grace that supplies food, clothing and appliances to the community.
Dr. Alvarado has studied at various seminaries and universities and has been awarded several earned degrees to include: Associate of Arts (1996) and Bachelor of Arts (1998) Biblical Education at Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, Georgia, Master of Divinity Degree (2003) with an emphasis in Christian Formation and Discipleship from the Church of God Theological Seminary, in Cleveland, Tennessee, Doctor of Ministry Degree (2008) in Leadership and Renewal from Regent University School of Divinity in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and The Master of Theology (2009) in Preaching from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia.
With a divine call and passion for the advancement of women, Dr. Alvarado has been privileged to serve as a speaker and workshop presenter for several national and international women’s conferences. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of My Sister’s Keeper Foundation for Women, a leading influential organization focused on “Moving Women from Average to Excellence” in their educational, personal and professional pursuits and development.
Dr. Toni and Bishop Alvarado are the proprietors of On Target Living, LLC a coaching, consultant and publishing company. Married for 17 years they are the proud parents of three children, Johnathan Elliott II, Joshua Elisha, and Ariel Antoinette. Together they enjoy the benefits of a Godly and wholesome marriage and family.

Artist JoeP - Dramatic Presentation
Joseph “JoeP” Palmore, a native Houstonian, earned a degree in Mass Communications – Radio/TV/Theatre/Film at Clark Atlanta University, realizing that his Purposed life was meant to entertain and use his artistry to educate. JoeP is a veteran Spoken Word Artist; an Educator – teaching Theatre and Poetry; and a professional Actor – enjoying his fourth year with The Ensemble Theatre in Houston, TX. His list of theatre credits are many, including Livin’ Fat, Br’er Rabbit, John Henry, The Man Who Saved New Orleans (Best Actor – Giorgee Award nomination), Jitney (Best Supporting Actor - Giorgee Award nomination), and Lotto.
Outside of Houston, JoeP has had principal roles in Black Voices: A Sistah’s Life, which was performed at the National Black Theater Festival, and For Colored Boys, among others. Since, JoeP co-founded the Black Box Theatre Group (BBTG), where he has produced and starred in TopDog/UnderDog and The Wager. With his first venture as a playwright, he wrote Love, Pain, Passion, Progress: A Poe-A-Trical Life Story for BBTG’s Undiscovered Original Works Program. Using the stage as a platform, his performances and spoken word messages of faith and self-worth have revered him as an artist with the skills to perform and educate on any level.

JoeP is the eldest son of Pastors Joe and Yolande Herron-Palmore.
